A manor house with built-in wooden elements of a 120 year old house. Situated in 40 ar grounds in Beskid Maly with wonderful views of the mountains and the Zywiec lake rustic country house Dworek. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 5 km from the skiing area, 1 km from the river, located by a road. Private: property 5000 m2 (fenced), lawn, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool round, heated (depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, childrens playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 1 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 10 km, slopes 5 km. Because of the character of the house, it will be popular with lovers of antique furniture and other guests alike. There is a sauna, hot tub and cabin with hydromassage in the antique house. The picturesque area encourages you to participate in active holidays in both summer and winter. Winter equipment and bikes can be hired. Large grounds can also be used as sports grounds where you can barbeque in the evenings or make a fire and realx.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
