Welcome to beautiful St. George, Utah! This charming town is surrounded by beautiful cactus gardens, and is filled with stories of many cultures and creatures who have left their mark here. It sits far enough away from the busy city life so you can enjoy your days exploring the wildlife and scenery that envelops St. George. You will fall in love with the sun-drenched colors of the Utah sky.

While youre in St. George, hike Zion National Parks beautiful trails and experience the greatness of its 150,000-acre land. Take a trip to Johnsons Park archaeological site and walk in a dinosaurs footsteps or dig into Anasazi history. Head on over to the downtown area to revel in the towns culture, shops and dining. For an unforgettable experience, hike the trails of Zion National Park. Its 150,000 acres will assure you never see the same thing twice during your stay. For the avid golfer, St. George has 10 breathtaking golf courses in a 30 minute range which will fulfill all of their expectations.

Head back to the resort to enjoy a beautiful outdoor pool or you can also take a dip in the hot tub to soothe your body after a day of exploring St. George. Play a bit of Pickleball in one of the two Pickleball courts onsite. If basketball is more your type of game, you can shoot some hoops at the basketball court with your family or friends.

This resort offers spacious three- and four-bedroom resort suites which sleep six to eight guests. The three-bedroom resort suites include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third. Four-bedroom suites include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and third rooms and two twin beds in the fourth. All suites come equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, living area and a deck with a barbecue grill to enjoy a beautiful afternoon. Some suites even have a private hot tub on the deck.

- Guests traveling to Estancia will check-in and check-out at the St. George resort. You will receive additional information on how to complete this process upon booking.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

1. We need the full name as it appears on the ID of the person checking in to be sent with the booking request. If not, a booking will be made under the name in the Booking Request. Name changes to incur a $100 fee.
2. At least one guest must be at least 21 years old and present a valid ID and credit card at check-in.
3. A refundable security deposit will be charged at check-in ranging from $100 to $200 depending on the unit type
4. Listing pictures are of general units. Unit interiors may vary but we will meet all amenities published.
5. WiFi access is offered on a paid plan basis. You will be able to view and purchase plans upon check-in.
6. If you wish to extend your stay, you need to make a new reservation with a minimum stay of 2 nights. All fees and charges will apply.
7. Date alterations are not accepted once a reservation is confirmed.
