Bring the whole family to this beautiful space with lots of room for fun. We had families in mind when we designed Casa del Sol. Our cozy sunroom is perfect for relaxing and watching the kids play in the pool, unless, of course, you jump in with them! Our comfy living room is perfect for movie night after a long day of play.

We are conveniently located close to hiking trails, beaches, fishing, boating, kayaking, amusement parks, state parks, shops...something for everyone. Come stay with us!!
This home is perfectly balanced with a split floor plan.
Master en suite on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other. They are separated by the great room. Laundry is just off the kitchen. There also is a cozy reading/coffee nook.

We live in New England and have family ties to the Spring Hill area.
My husband and I are getting close to retiring and purchased this home with the potential goal of being snowbirds.
Its lay out and interior design was also with our two granddaughters in mind. We wanted to have a place for them to enjoy as much as we do.

Getting around

There are sidewalks for walking within the neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. There are 3 free parking spaces in the driveway. Please do not park on the lawn for any reason
