FRISCO TOWN HOME RULES:
*Please thoroughly read the entire listing description and house rules before booking*
Welcome to Frisco! As your dedicated hosts we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! These are the house rules:
1. City of Frisco ordnance requires minimum age 21 to book a reservation. We may ask for ID to verify age of guest making reservation.
2. No parties or events allowed. The home and property are not to be used as a meeting place for large family reunions, parties or any other type of meetings.
3. No unregistered guests allowed or 3rd party bookings. Our home has space for six overnight registered guests (maximum). Please let us know if you are planning to have an additional daytime guest(s).
4. The unit will be very clean upon your arrival, and we ask that you leave it clean on your departure. If a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged.
5. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified.
6. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property OR outside including the FRONT PORCH, SIDE YARD, GARAGE or REAR PARKING AREAS.
7. Please respect Quiet Times: 10PM-7AM
8. If trash container becomes full there are dumpsters located outside by the garage in the alley.
9. Garbage disposal: we kindly ask guests to dispose of food in the available trash can to avoid a clogged drain.
10. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE VACATED FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
11. For fire prevention and safety - A fire extinguisher is provided in the kitchen area.

Other Things to Note:
12. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are unopened or not empty. We try to ensure consumables are not expired or stale. HOWEVER, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for these consumables.
13. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
14. The home is suitable for toddlers and children under 12 but is NOT considered CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
