House Rules

Rental age is 25 & over No smoking is allowed, even on the balcony. No Spring Breakers Check out is 10 am All guests must register with the Tidewater Association. You will receive a link to register online after booking your stay. The Tidewater Registration fee is $48.00 plus tax Guests who register 24 hours or more in advance will save $10. The registration fee includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to the common areas.Not suitable for children and infantsNo smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit serves as damage deposit.
Damage claims will be processed after departure, provided the following conditions are not met:
• No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the trash chute and/or dumpster and dirty dishes are
placed in the dishwasher.
• No linens, bed covers or towels are missing or damaged.
• Departure takes place no later than 10 a.m.
• Excess cleaning or maintenance is required due to conditions upon departure

Cancellation Policy

Initial payment is 50% of total amount if reservation is more than 60 days away.
100% is due 60 days before checkin
Damage deposit is due one week before checkin and will be returned within two weeks after checkout if no damage occurs.
