Beautiful 3-family house, 2 storeys. 2 km from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, in a sunny position in the residential district, 1.8 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (4 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00). Outdoor shower, arbour, petting farm pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 2 years.
