This beautiful golf course property has its own private pool and is located on the putting green at beautiful Rosedale Golf and Country Club. Featuring an open floor plan the home is flooded in light with tons of windows and two sets of glass doors overlooking the private pool. Two large separate bedrooms plus a den. Watch the golfers from your private covered patio and relax in your own pool. The location is amazing and close to restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 15 mile drive. Public golf is available and just a short walk across the street. Call Rosedale Golf & Country Club for prices and green fees.
Absolutely no smokers allowed (sorry.... not even outside).
