Wake up to spectacular sunrises, gentle Gulf breezes, and a panoramic view of the Gulf and Bay from the balcony of this beautiful, privately owned penthouse condo located at Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club on the Fort Morgan peninsula offering the perfect escape from the crowds in Gulf Shores. This is a vacation community offering 24 hour onsite security, private white beaches and natural sand dunes.

A parking pass of $35 per vehicle (2 allowed) is required.This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a split floor plan with an open kitchen, dining and living area that will sleep 6 comfortably. Sleeping configuration includes a king, queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin beds. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops and a coffee bar.

Thank you for looking at our property for your vacation. We enjoy the tranquility of Fort Morgan and the many amenities Gulf Shores Plantation has to offer.

We are from Memphis, TN. We have childhood friends living in this area and have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years. One week after signing the contract to purchase our condo Hurricane Sally took us for a ride. After many years of dreaming and saving, we were finally able to close on Gone Coastal and she was established in April 2021. Then the fun began!

Don't be surprised to see the Blue Angels thrilling the coastline as they fly over while practicing their maneuvers. It is the best "wake-up" call and one there is no mistaking!

We value our guests and hope you love our vacation home as much as we do.

50% payment required at time of booking. Remainder due 30 days from check-in.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Link to purchase parking pass will be forwarded at the time of booking. NOTE: Washers/dryers are not in the units but there is a laundromat on the first floor of the building. NOTE: Security camera/recording device - Each hallway and common area in and around the building is under surveillance by building security. NOTE: The TV in the living room and guest bedroom are not connected to local cable. Please bring your Firestick or Roku to login to your cable provider. The TV in the master bedroom is connected to local cable. Beach chairs are provided in the storage cabinet on the balcony. The complex offers an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. There are hot tubs outdoors along with tennis and pickleball courts, horseshoes, basketball courts, and a putting green. Sassy Bass restaurant/bar is on the ground floor of the building facing the Gulf. Kiva Dunes Golf Resort is a walk across the parking lot. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
