Absolutely beautiful monthly rental in highly sought after Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Completely updated, this home has everything from a large heated pool, outdoor shower, lush mature landscaping, completely furnished inside and out, short walk to beach. AMI is home to beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants and family friendly neighborhoods. Beach is just 1.5 blocks away. This home has everything needed to enjoy your time on our island! Walk in to a beautiful living room with designer sectional large enough for the whole family to enjoy! 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, office space, seating area and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and seating area. Bedroom 3 has two bunks including a twin over queen. Full kitchen SS appliances, quartz countertops and shell backsplash with every detail included. Fantastic sunroom off of pool with wine and coffee bar as well. Large double sliders for the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. Outdoor area includes large caged heated pool to keep the bugs away, dining area, seating area with large smart TV, and fire pit area.

Failing to abide by the legal occupancy rule will result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund of any rental payments, including all fees and taxes.

House Rules

No smoking anywhere on property. No events or group gatherings beyond the normal occupancy rules. Please understand you are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be good neighbors by keeping the noise to a respectful level during your stay. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels. “Quiet time” is in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM everyday. If you are in the pool late, please talk in a quiet tone as both guests and homeowners are liable for noise violation fines starting at $250. Thank you!

Payment Policy

20% due at booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment made in full at booking.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

75% refund of the deposit, if canceled 120 days or more prior to check-in date.
40% refund of the deposit, if canceled 90-119 days prior to check-in date.
There is no refund if cancellation occur she less than 90 days prior to guest check-in.

Notes

Starter rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided, plus dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent as well shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.

The pool is heated to 80 degrees. If you'd like a higher pool temp, an extra fee will be required.

Driveway parking includes up to 2 vehicles. There is additional parking in the separate shell driveway for an 3rd vehicle or even a boat trailer! Tesla EV 220V charger available as well!

Dogs 50lbs or less are welcome; a $500 Pet Fee per stay is required per pet; no dangerous breeds allowed. We will consider larger dogs on a case by case basis. Pets that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.
