We are a 10-minute drive from the town of Port Orchard, and a 10-minute drive (opposite direction) to the Southworth Ferry Dock, which connects us to Seattle.
From Southworth Ferry Terminal:
- 26-min passenger ferry to Seattle Center (Pier 50)
- 15-min car-loading ferry to Vashon Island
- 30-35 min car-loading ferry to West Seattle (Fauntleroy)
From our property:
- 30 min drive to Green Mountain State Park, for access to hikes with views of the Olympic mountains
- 40 min drive to Tacoma
- 70 min drive to Quilcene, the Lake Cushman area, for access to excellent hikes in the Olympic National Forest and National Park
- 70 min drive to historic Port Townsend and the cider route
- 2 hour drive to Port Angeles and the ferry to Victoria, B.C.
- 2 hour drive to Hurricane Ridge Visitor's Center in Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs

Take the stairs on the right side of the driveway (as you're approaching), down a gravel incline to the French doors. The keypad code for entry is 7274.
*Note: Slamming the French door may cause the lock to malfunction, so please close it gently until you hear it latch.

No outdoor shoes on the indoor carpet.
No spraying fragrances or burning of any substances indoors.
No smoking within property limits (OK on the access road, but please dispose of waste properly).
Please do not attempt to cook food with heavy oil fumes in the toaster oven.
Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than human waste and the provided toilet paper.
Please do not wash pots & pans in the bathroom sink -- we are happy to collect and replenish all kitchen items as needed.
White towels are for bath use only.
Tampering with external security cameras is prohibited.
Tampering with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms is prohibited.
Animal Rules (applies to all pets and assistance animals):
- Animals must be adequately groomed, with claws trimmed, and are not permitted on furniture
- Animals must be supervised for their safety at all times, or kenneled
- Evidence of pets on furniture, pet waste left on property, pet messes/damage will incur additional cleaning fees
Failure to follow the house rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of your reservation.

Payment Policy
Payment for the reservation is due at booking. Please provide the information for your preferred payment method, and we will send a request for the cost of the reservation. The $300 security deposit will be collected at arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded after a cleaning and walk-through, within 48 hours of checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We have a no refund policy for direct bookings.

We can accept up to 3 well-behaved house trained pets on a case-by-case basis. The pet fee is $50 (+$20/each additional pup, $50/each additional cat).
- Pets must be groomed, with their claws trimmed
- Pets must be supervised at all times, for their safety
- We are not able to accommodate dogs who bark often given our quiet rural setting
- We are not able to accommodate cats known to incur damage to furniture
- We provide extra pet sheets and towels to cover furniture during your stay. Please use them to minimize pet hair, etc.
Evidence of pets on furniture, pet waste left on property, pet messes/damage will incur additional cleaning fees.

We offer a weekly discount of 12% and more for longer stays. If you find a better deal elsewhere, please let us know!
