Harbor view master suite - Port Orchard

Payment for the reservation is due at booking. Please provide the information for your preferred digital payment method, and the agreed upon cost of the reservation will be sent as a request for payment. You will be notified that your booking is confirmed once we receive the payment. The security deposit can be sent as a different request for payment at the time of your arrival.

Paypal: You may want to look into your credit card to see if you might have trip cancellation or trip interruption insurance. If not, it may be worth purchasing insurance in case of emergency, illness, or bad weather. There is a no refund policy, unless another party is able to book your reservation dates.

HOSTING PHILOSOPHY

We set up the suite to host family & friends, and over time, began opening it up to the Airbnb community because we love hosting! When you stay with us, we'll treat you like family -- the only thing we ask in return is that you treat the space, property, and our neighborhood with the same level of respect by following our house rules. Every house rule we have was conceived for a reason out of a past experience we've had with guests. We appreciate your attention and understanding and thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to helping you make the most of your trip!


BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

The more you can tell us about your trip, the more likely you'll have a great experience! In your booking message, please introduce yourself and mention:
+ The purpose of your trip
+ Any special requests/circumstances (e.g., will be sleeping during the day)
+ Any communication limitations (e.g., don’t have the Airbnb App, wifi only)
+ Requests for early check-in/late check-out
+ Details for pet accommodation request, if relevant


PET APPROVAL & WEEKLY FEE

We can accept one house-trained pup on a case-by-case basis. Please introduce your companion and tell us what measures you will take to help keep the space clean and ensure their safety.

- The pet must be sufficiently groomed, with claws trimmed short
- The pet must be supervised at all times, for their safety
- We are not able to accommodate dogs who bark often given our quiet rural surroundings
- We can provide extra pet sheets and towels to cover furniture during your stay. Please use them to minimize pet hair, etc..

The $50 pet fee is per week of your stay, and goes towards carpet shampooing for the suite, hallway, and stairs as we typically do not allow animals on the second floor. Evidence of pets on furniture, pet waste left on property, and pet messes will incur additional fees at a rate of $60/hr. You will be billed for the replacement value of damaged items per Airbnb policy.


OUR PRICING POLICY

We strive to offer the best deal in the area for travel lodging, which is not comparable to month-to-month or long-term rentals. Our base nightly pricing varies between $68-82 based on seasonal factors and demand. We ask you to consider this information before booking and also when prompted to leave a review for your stay. If you find a better deal elsewhere for a comparable listing, we’d love to know!
