Noise: The city of Palm Springs and all other desert resort cities have a 24hr/day noise ordinance that is strictly enforced. Guests must keep the volume of voices and entertainment to a reasonable level and bring conversations indoors after 9:00 PM and close windows and doors to keep any noise inside. Outside audible music, or music that can be heard from the property line, is strictly forbidden in vacation rentals in the Palm Springs area. No outside music at anytime. Guests will be responsible for following all city ordinances and for paying all fines issued by the city and compliance officers.

Guests will have the entire access to the entire home.

This remodeled mid-century 3BR/2BA house has everything you’ll need for an unforgettable Palm Springs getaway. The home is close to downtown and boasts stunning mountain views from its huge backyard paradise with a private pool. With its central location, you can easily hike and bike around town.

- Trash is collected on Mondays. No need to roll the bins out, the city takes care of it.

- Pool cleaning occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.

- Landscaping occurs on Thursdays.

- Pool heating is $50/night available by request in advance. It is recommended to heat the pool from October to March. Let us know at least 1 day before your arrival if youd like the pool heated. Note that the pool heats 1 degree per hour, so in some instances you may not feel a difference until the morning after check-in, however the $50/night charge will still apply as gas charges are still incurred. Please do not disrupt the pool heating controls, we can do it remotely.
