It has 3-bedrooms (kind, queen, full+twin as bunk), living room, study, dining & kitchen. The house has high ceilings with rooms that are spacious, clean & clutter free.

The dining room has expandable eves to allow more diners.

The 3rd bedroom is a bunk bed as a double bed with a single bunk on top (so not a typical bunk).

Getting around

The house has a private off street driveway with the neighborhood having plenty of free street parking as well. Union Station is a 10 minute drive with both free & paid parking. The Kansas City Street Car which is free to ride starts & Union Station. The Street Car takes you through the Power & Light District to downtown KC & the River Market.

Check In: 4PM - 12AM

I'm flexible on check in and check outs but this option must be discussed & can't always be accommodated. For example: It takes me 3 hours to clean the house and I can't do it faster unless I can do it the day before (booking dependent).

House Rules

The person whose account books the property must me the individual present at check-in. The house has a front porch & large fenced in yard so smoking can be done outside easily. The house has excellent sound insulation if you are inside making noise. Please respect my neighbors outside.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Breakages + wear & tear are allowed/understood (its easy to break a wine glass & it happens regularly). Security deposits are for big ticket items & damage caused from miss treatment of the house. I refund immediately after checking the house.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me so we can discuss like people. In my experience everything can be worked out.

Airport service can be requested. I have a minivan with lots of space.
