Sunset viewing on the deck, dipping your feet in the private pool or walking down to the beach, this house has it all! Centrally located. All the bedrooms have a view of Kokomo Beach and the ocean.

Just ten minutes from Sint Maartin airport yet secluded and quiet with views and easy access to a semi-private beach with elegant bar and restaurant. One of the islands most desirable new developments, within a quiet gated community, with security onsite. Yet it is just a few minutes to great restaurants, shopping, casinos, spas and grocery stores. Our 3-bedroom house comfortably sleeps 6 adults. There is free wireless internet, TV, air-conditioning, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, wine refrigerator, coffee maker, washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill and private parking.
