Industrial Mini Mansion at Red Barn Ranch - Ramona

The Industrial Mini Mansion (IMM) at Red Barn Ranch, is a unique, custom built, luxury Tiny Home, located in the beautiful Ramona Wine Country, just 40 minutes away from San Diego.

The space
The Industrial Mini Mansion is a well appointed, comfortable and tastefully designed space that serves as additional space ( a 7th bedroom) for our Red Barn Ranch listing, but can also be rented on its own during off season dates. The space has high tech features such as touch screen light switches, fire place, and bathroom mirror, smart TV and microwave. The large custom picture windows allow for ample light and views of scenic surroundings. The room is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and luxury bedding. Cuddle up next to the electric fireplace and watch movies on the 60” smart TV from either the bed, couch, or kitchen. Guests should use their personal login information for subscriptions like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. (cable is not provided).

Each room was designed with luxury in mind.
-The bathroom features a large vanity with storage, oversized sink and high tech touch screen light fixtures and mirror. The spacious, custom tiled shower with modern glass doors are a true stand out feature. We provide organic, biodegradable toiletries, leaving minimal footprint on our environment. Although we have a tankless water heater, we ask that guests be mindful of not wasting water with extra long showers.

-The kitchen offers a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, cutest toaster oven you ever saw with small cook top, and 2 cup coffee pot. We provide basic cooking utensils and salt/pepper, olive oil, and vinegar. A full complement of modern dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, and elegant wine glasses is displayed and ready for use on the open shelving. Being a coffee and tea lover ourselves, we also provide a pour over, and French press and tea kettle.

The property at Red Barn Ranch

Red Barn Ranch is a beautiful 4 acres of fully organic and sustainable farm where we grow produce in our greenhouse and out door gardens. There is a large bird garden with chickens, ducks, peacocks and turkey and these happy birds produce an abundance of eggs. The extra produce, eggs, and sustainable goods created on site get sold in our on site farm stand. We are the farmers and we live on site in our separate home. The tiny home is a private space nestled at the back of the property. You will be welcome to walk around to take in all of the views of the gardens, vineyards, play some games in the 2,200 sq ft game room (yes our game room is larger than the tiny home!), visit the bird garden or stroll up to the farm stand or keep walking down the road to a near by winery.

The other rental on site is our 6 bedroom Farmhouse. Need some extra space? Invite your whole family and add the Farmhouse!

Guest Access

When staying in the IMM, guests have access to all of the amenities that Red Barn Ranch has to offer:

Other things to note
Quiet time: San Diego county quiet time is from 10pm - 7am. We strictly adhere to those hours out of respect for our neighbors. Please be courteous and do the same.

Property Notes: We live on property so please be prepared for all things that come along with living on property. There are coyotes, rabbits, squirrels, snakes, bugs, birds that roam around in their natural habitat. Soak it in!

The tiny home is on septic, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Ample trashcans have been provided for anything other than toilet paper.

The home is not equipped with a garbage disposal so please throw all food away in the trashcans before placing cookware or dishware in the sink.

There are stairs to each entrance of the tiny home.

Entrance & Driveway: To get to your tiny home there is a 1/2 mile of dirt road (crushed concrete) and dirt parking. If you do not want to get your car dusty we may not be the right stay for you.
