Ker Avel features 4 beautiful bedrooms in the main house as well as a self-contained, 1 bedroom cottage on the grounds (cottage not available for rent). The master suite is incredible by any measure and features a nursery separate from but attached to the master bedroom.

The living area of Ker Avel opens out to an expansive covered patio which flows out to the lovely large pool deck, all of which are masterfully designed to take in the magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea. The grounds of Ker Avel have been beautifully manicured and maintained to create a lush tropical garden. Directly across the street from this fantastic home is the world renowned Holders Polo Field where local and international Polo matches are played regularly.
