The beachfront La Jolla Shores Beach House features 3 bedrooms plus 3 private suites with ocean views, a gorgeous chefs kitchen, and spa overlooking the pacific ocean. The 3 suites are situated off the central courtyard and feature ocean view decks, private bathrooms, and luxurious queen beds. 2 of the suites can be opened up to share access, or closed off for privacy. A casita is situated next to the central courtyard, perfect for family gatherings, movies on the large tv, or game night.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Guest will be sent a secure link for a pre-authorized credit card hold effective date of check-in. Security Deposit hold will be released within 7 days of check out date, minus any damages above and beyond normal use, as determined by the property manager/host.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in date. 50% refund up to 15 days prior to check in date.
