The modern apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey villa and offers an extraordinary view of Lake Maggiore from its beautiful, large terrace, where you can eat during the lovely summer and spring days. The flat also has a private garden which is fenced in on three sides and blessed with delightful sunshine. Inside the 2-bedroom apartment, there is a large living room and a separate kitchen, both overlooking the terrace and the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle.

Location

The small yet well-known village of Massino Visconti is situated on the soft, elevated terrain of the Vergante region above Lesa and faces Ranco. It boasts an unparalleled view of Lake Maggiore alongside blissful relaxation, and in the past, its hills were home to several vineyards and olive groves. The holiday apartment is a 20-minute from Stresa and a 10-minute drive to the lakefront. At Stresa, you can visit Parco Pallavicino, the Stresa pier, Mottarone Cable Car (for skiing) and the hiking area of Lago di Carcone. The ferry connection to the amazing Borromean Islands is also in Stresa, and for golfers, the Borromee golf club is perfect.

Other towns like Baveno, Arona and Verbania are all within a 20-30 minute drive from here. Stresa also effortlessly connects you to Milan, Berne and Geneva as well with its Eurocity services. The nearest international airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately a 90-minutes drive from here. A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
