This clean, bright, modern 3BR home is located within a 5 minute walk to Lake Gregory. It is a beautiful property with lots of surrounding trees. The living space is on the top floor with new flooring and paint, a newly renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom with a walk in shower. There are 2 decks, a beautiful upper deck off the kitchen with rocking chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the scenery. The very large lower deck is great for spring /summer barbeques, dining and relaxing on the outdoor lounge seating.
