Lake House on Belleau Lake; Hot Tub, Kayaks! - Wakefield

- Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be housebroken, leashed at all times outside and picked up after. Disposable dog bags are available at the house, but please do not throw away loosely in the outdoor barrels (garbage men will not take trash unless it's in a large bag). Pets are not allowed on the furniture. There is a $35 One Time Fee per dog that we will request via Airbnb. - Jacuzzi- use at own risk. No children under the age of 12 are permitted. 5 person max. Must be covered when not in use. To reduce sand from the beach, please rinse feet before use or fill the provided basin with water to rinse of debris before entering. No drinks allowed in the jacuzzi. - In the summer months, make sure all paddle boats are properly secured to the dock and all paddles/kayaks should be brought up on the beach and kayaks should be upside down to prevent water build up. All life jackets put back in the storage area off the deck. - In the winter/colder months, please do not turn the heat off. It should always be set to at least 60 degrees. We do have a contractor that plows during the winter and shovels the walk ways, however please know that if you are arriving on a snowy day, there may be a delay. We keep plenty of shovels and rock salt on the porch. - Treat our home like it was yours. We want you to have an awesome time but please be aware and considerate of the other families living in our neighborhood. Please wrap up outdoor partying by 10:00 (just bring it indoors). - Please ensure when booking that the accurate amount of people coming to stay matches your booking. - We provide TRASH pick up only. Carry-Out Recycling Please. Wakefield doesn’t offer recycling pick-up:( Wakefield Town Transfer Station is 15 minutes down the road heading south at 330 Rines Road. They will take all recycling if you show your Airbnb Reservation. Check online for hours. IMPORTANT: TRASH SHOULD BE PUT IN TRASH BAGS WHEN PUTTING THEM IN THE TRASH BARRELS. NO LOOSE ITEMS INCLUDING DOGGY POOP BAGS/RECYCLING. THE TRASH MEN WILL NOT TAKE IT. A $50 FEE WILL BE TAKEN TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL TRASH SERVICES. - If you use the laundry, please do not over-stuff with clothes/towels. Also, make sure if towels are sandy they are shaken out well outside before washing. - Absolutely no fireworks (illegal in Wakefield NH) - No illegal drugs. - Guests use kayaks and paddle boat at their own risk. There are life jackets provided. - Guests swim in the lake and hot tub at their own risk.
