Lakefront sunsets~large dock~paddleboard~foosball - Moneta

There are several marinas close by that have boat and jet ski rentals. Great close restaurants, shopping and the busy hub of the lake is just across the bridge! Halesford Bridge offers mini golf, several restaurants, bands and live music. Don't forget to visit and feed the carp fish! Foodlion, pizza, ice cream, coffee shop ABC store are within 10 minutes. The water is deep at the end of the dock and a great cove for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. Watching the sunsets from the dock is one of our favorite things to do here! There is a large paddleboard available for guest use. The dock has tables and chairs for 10 people, along with 2 Adirondack chairs. We know traveling with a little one is difficult, we have tried to include some of the "must have" items such as a bouncer, stroller, changing table, pack n play with bassinet, Angelcare baby bath, 2 baby gates and a high chair. Linens, sheets, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors and comforters are provided. A starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, shampoo, body wash and trashbags are provided as well. The coffee bar has a Keurig machine as well as an espresso maker & drip coffee pot combination machine with milk steamer attachment (the water for the espresso goes in the top, water for coffee pot goes in compartment behind the filter). In the coffee bar you will find a small assortment of K cups, some teas, hot chocolate, coffee filters, sugar, stevia and honey. Various size coffee cups and travel mugs are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots and pans, baking dishes, crockpots, handmixer, ice cube trays, wine glasses, various spices and cooking oil. If you need something, just ask because we probably have it! 3 dogs of any size/breed are permitted for each reservation. We just ask that they not be on the furniture and beds or be left alone without being secured. We have provided 2 medium/large crates and metal dog bowls. Please dry off dogs with your towels before coming into the house. Dogs must have flea/tick treatment before arrival to avoid infestation in the house. Grab some smores and gather around the firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs! There is a level grassy area next to the firepit that is perfect for cornhole. (boards and bags are provided!) Firewood can be purchased usually at Foodlion or convenient stores in Moneta. or feel free to bring your own. The propane gas grill is available to use. We try to keep an eye on the propane level but if the gas runs out, please exchange the tank and send us a picture of the receipt and we will be happy to reimburse you. The wifi is through xfinity. 3 Tvs are smart TVs, and 2 have rokus. Streaming services will need to be logged into with renters login.
