This home is a sanctuary –– furnished with fine artwork and antiques, a piano in excellent playing condition, claw foot tub, wood stove, three queen memory foam beds, beautiful front porch, deck, side yard and more. Its an oasis of calm, located just minutes away from everything you need. The perfect base for a retreat, and/or adventures in the Asheville area!

Notes

Pets are welcome... Please let us know how many you are bringing when you make the reservation. There is a $50 pet fee, to compensate our cleaners for the extra time and products required to remove pet fur and odors. Please be honest... We will notice pets coming and going! :) I recommend keeping your pets crated if appropriate, and bring them with you when you go out... Asheville is a very dog-friendly town! Please be sure to clean up after them during your stay, since we have only a short window of time to make the house beautiful for the next guests. Any damages beyond the usual cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Keep in mind that this is an older, historic home... The house is professionally cleaned between each guest, but if you want a place without a speck of dust, or the scent of antique wood and furnishings, you may want to consider a brand-new hotel room. But then you'd be missing out on all the charm and character that only a period home can provide!
