A keypad on the door allows you to check yourself in. You will be given a code the day before you arrive once all balances and deposits have been paid.

I am happy to rent to RESPONSIBLE parties ages 18+, but I require a conversation with you if you are under 21.

No smoking. No loud parties/noise disturbance.

Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.

Payment Policy

I'm happy to take 50% down and 50% two weeks before booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refunded 3 days post-stay if no damages.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free 28 days before your stay.

Cancellations made less than 28 days before your stay begins WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (your 50% payment will not be returned), but you will not be charged for the remaining 50%.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before your stay begins WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, and you will be charged for the complete stay (100%).

Cancellations made by the host for reasons outside of our control will be completely refunded.
