There is also basketball court, tennis and a playground. Please do not trespass into other peoples property. Lake: Use access points ONLY. At the lake you are able to fish but only catch and release. Make sure when leaving or stepping out of the home shut off all AC units or heaters are turned off. The bathroom upstairs has a heater please turn it off after leaving the bathroom if you turn it on. Always make sure not to leave the Fireplace unattended, if you leave the room turn it off. Commercial photography or Video are only allowed with permission from the host. Contact us for more information. When using the outdoor furniture please make sure after use pillows are stored away Please place all trash from bathroom and kitchen area into trash bin outside. DOG: Small Pet Policy: We understand that your furry companions are important to you, and we're delighted to welcome dogs to our property. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following pet policy: Pet Size: Only small pets weighing up to 25 pounds are allowed. Please ensure your pet meets this criteria before making a reservation. (Please discuss with the host for final approval) Advance Notification: Please inform us in advance if you intend to bring a pet. This allows us to prepare the property accordingly. Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of [Specify Fee] will be applied to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. This fee is per pet. Behavior: Your pet should be well-behaved and not pose a disturbance to other guests or neighbors. Aggressive behavior is not tolerated. Supervision: Pets should never be left unattended in the property, especially if they are prone to causing damage or anxiety. Clean-Up: Please promptly clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags should be properly disposed of in designated bins. Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please bring your own pet bedding if necessary. Damages: Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements. Vaccinations and Flea Prevention: All pets should be up to date with vaccinations and on a flea prevention regimen. Neighborhood Consideration: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Please do not use our towel to remove makeup or anything that causes staining. You can find makeup removal cotton pads your welcome to use. Please dispose trash and recycling separately.
