A quick 5-min walk to Mardi Gras parades, this brand new 3 bed 2 bath cottage is centrally located to everything! Two miles to the French Quarter, CBD, Convention Center and more. Easy access to restaurants, jazz lounges, and boutiques. Located in a quiet historical neighborhood. This modernized house has an open floor plan, luxurious décor, stocked kitchen, hotel linens, high speed internet, gated parking, and a relaxing backyard. We are happy to share tips for guests to enjoy New Orleans.
The newly renovated/newly furnished cozy cottage is 1350 square ft. Bedrooms are roughly 11 ft x 10ft in area. The commons area is completely open allowing for guests to congregate in the kitchen, living area, and dining area freely. While the home is exquisitely decorated, it is also welcoming and inviting.
Guests ideally drive/uber/lyft around the city. While walking to the nearby parade route is encouraged, all other attractions should be approached via car
We are very responsive and are available 7 days a week from 9am-9pm for any questions or concerns. We allow the guests space; however, we are accessible if needed.

Guests are encouraged to park in the gated backyard parking spot or they can park on the side of the property since the house sits on the corner of a street intersection.

Vacation Rentals are wonderful thing for all of us, so let's make sure to protect it so we can all continue to enjoy its benefits as guests and hosts. Our community is not totally opposed to short term guests, but this could easily change should my neighbors complain.
I don't like rules - so I'll try to keep them short and sweet....
1. We do not allow pets or smoking on the property.
2. The toilets are new but the plumbing isn't so please ONLY TP to be flushed. No feminine products or non-TP items.
3. The garbage disposal works fine but know that large quantities of pasta, or vegetables can back it up. So please be gentle with it.
4. Please treat the place with kindness and care as if it was your own.
5. Any noise complaints from my neighbors will incur a $150 fine to my guests. Please bring all outdoor activities inside by 10:00 PM.
6. Please strip all beds you have slept in and leave the sheets in front of the washer and dryer. Comforters and blankets can be left in each of the bedrooms they came from.
7. Please place all dirty towels in front of the washer and dryer well.
8. If you haven't cleaned the dishes already, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
10. The home is newly remodeled and in impeccable shape. We would love to keep it that way for other guests to use.
11. No parties or events allowed
12. No food or drinks in the bedrooms
13. Only registered guests allowed. The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 adults. An additional charge of $25.00 per person per night for guests older than age 2 will be assessed for parties larger than 6 people.
14. Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trashcan
15. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
