Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check-in is 4 pm. Your door code will be sent automatically at 2:00 pm day of arrival. Be sure to check your email! The code will not be activated until 4pm. Please send us your estimated arrival time.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 10

House Rules

1. 🚫No street parking or in front of neighbors houses ( Driveway can park about 8 cars )
2. 🍾 NO Parties/No Events 🕺💃
3. 🚭 NO Smoking ($500 Fee for violations)
4. 🐕 No Pets without paying the Pets fee 🐈 The fee is doubled for violation of this rule or your reservation could be canceled.
5. No Lost & Found - Please remember to look around prior to departure and gather all of your belongings
6. 🧹 Excess cleaning fee is $250
7. Please respect the check in and out time. Early Check in or Late Check out fee is $100 IF AVAILABLE, Just ask me.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is refunded 24 hours after check out if there is not damages or missing items.
