A perfect retreat for guests looking for a relaxing holiday immersed in luxury, Villa Lovran offers a wholesome stay experience. Its pool has heating facilities (April to October) and instead of using chlorine to purify and sterilize water, natural salt is used to achieve those same purposes. Guests can really feel the difference, especially on their skin and in their eyes. The pool also has a shallow area (6 square meters and only 30 centimeters deep) which is most suitable for children and sunbathing. There is also a fenced garden with large play areas for kids that are covered with artificial grass which is always soft and clean. Guests can play on the Ping-Pong table and bocce. There is also a sauna, a whirlpool, a stylish outdoor dining area with BBQ and a number of other such amenities that keep the guests entertained.

The holiday villa with six bedrooms is divided into three floors and can host up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, it has a garage, sauna, Jacuzzi, infrared lounge and a service bathroom. There is also a wine cellar with bar and dining area- a great place to socialize and have a great time.

On the first floor, there is a modern living room with a dedicated sitting area and a kitchen-diner. The room is flooded with natural light and freshness that keeps the guests’ spirits high. It exits into the terrace while from the kitchen side, guests can step out into the outdoor dining space. The kitchen is elaborate and complete with appliances like a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle, a Nespresso machine and a fridge with a freezer. There is a bedroom on this floor and two bathrooms too.

On the second floor, there are five bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace access, an air-conditioning facility and a TV with Netflix subscription.

Bedroom 1: The sea-view room has a double bed with a soft, tufted headboard and a wardrobe. It opens into the terrace on the first floor.

Bedroom 2: The cozy room with balcony access has two single beds and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The pretty room with balcony access and sea views has a king-size double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 4: Feel a breath of fresh air in this beautiful room overlooking the sea and with balcony access. It has a king-size double bed, an armchair and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 5: The elegant sea-view room has balcony access, a king-size double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 6: With picture-perfect views of the sea through its balcony, the bedroom with a king-sized double bed and a wardrobe make for a restful environment with a dash of romance.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom has a shower and a WC.

Bathroom 2: The rich bathroom ambiance is accentuated by the presence of a bath with a shower. It has a washbasin and a WC.

Location

The wonderful holiday villa not only offers a premium experience indoors but is also blessed in terms of its unique location. The neighbourhood is safe with mostly permanently occupied houses. Although the main road is very close and easily accessible, the lush oaks growing in front of villa gives a sense of exclusivity from the rest of the world. The sea is barely 150 meters from here. Even during the high season, guests will find enough room to have all the beach fun. Numerous beaches dot the beautiful Lungo Mare promenade, some 200m from villa Lovran. The promenade, which connects Opatija and Lovran, was built by the Austro-Hungarian emperor about 150 years ago to make use of the beautiful and serene coast, and the fresh summer breeze and lush vegetation, unique to this part of Kravner. It takes a few minutes’ walk to reach restaurants and shops, buy fresh bread in the morning or have a morning coffee in a bar by the sea.

The nearest airport is only 45 kilometers from the villa. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2023 to the 1st of November 2023 A damage deposit of 350EUR has to be paid locally.
