✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, including a private pool, spa + multiple entertainment zones.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the large driveway, with additional free parking nearby if you need it.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and stroller. We can also provide babysitter recommendations.

✹ PETS: We love our furry friends, but we have a no-pet policy.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Magic Manor is part of the gated short-term rental community, Windsor Island Resort. Enjoy complimentary access to the full range of amenities, including an outdoor pool w/ waterslides, a kids’ splash area, a heated lazy river, basketball/volleyball courts, mini golf, free-to-play arcade games, fitness center, and family-centric recreation areas w/ a fire pit, hammocks, and kids’ playgrounds.

Other things to note

✹ Easy self-check-in is available – a personalized keypad code will be provided.

✹ Windsor Island Resort requires guests 18+ to provide a photo ID with their first and last name to access the gated resort (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc).

✹ Please note that resort hours are subject to change with the season.

✹ No parties: There is zero tolerance for parties across the entire resort, including at our home. Any large parties at the property can and will have you removed from the home. No refunds will be provided.

✹ Guests are to use bunk beds at their own risk.

✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including the lanai and the pool deck.

✹ Pool heating is provided free of charge. The pool is set to a minimum of 86ºF. Please note that in very cold weather (below 55ºF or 13ºC), the pool heater cannot maintain the temperature at 86ºF and will be turned off until the outside temperature is once again above 55ºF or 13ºC. The spa has the same water temp as the pool (it is not a hot tub).

✹ The swimming pool and spa are professionally cleaned every week. The technician will let themselves into the screened-in area at the back to perform the quick maintenance, and will not need access to the home.

✹ A daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before your check-in, with clean sheets and towels (including pool towels) available in the home. Mid-stay cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-ins, late check-outs, or both, can be requested. We will accommodate these requests, provided we don’t have a same-day check-in/out as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our meticulous, professional standards.

✹ Please note that the home has an external video doorbell at the front door. We do not actively monitor this device and there are no other cameras at the property.

✹ Please consider protecting yourself with travel insurance, as we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather or travel delays.

✹ A professional pest control company monitors our home. However, Florida has a tropical climate and it’s still possible for insects to intrude on occasion. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for occasional bugs in the house, but rest assured that if any are seen, they will be handled by our pest control company immediately.
