Marsh View is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet friendly home on a spacious lot with amazing views of the intracoastal waterways. The house was recently renovated and has everything you need for your long term stay or beach vacation. Only 2 miles to Mayo Clinic and 4.2 miles to the beach, the house is conveniently located to all Jacksonville has to offer. The open concept, single level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with two separate living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. You also have the option to dine al fresco in the covered lanai or the amazing deck overlooking the marsh. All linens including beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs and a cooler. Pool construction was just completed with a beautiful saltwater HEATED pool.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk.***
