Nestled in the aspens and pines of Upper Summit Park (a suburb of Park City between SLC & downtown Park City), this location allows you to live like a local. Spacious, modern, 2 bed 1 bath side/ lower-level apartment with a separate private entrance is a wonderful spot to relax after a day hiking, biking, or skiing. Custom built in 2019 as a separate rental apartment. Private, large one car garage, separate washer/dryer, and furnace

The cozy and eclectic neighborhood of Summit Park provides the perfect balance of pristine views and quiet tranquility yet is conveniently located only a few minutes from Interstate 80!

-40-50 minutes to the Cottonwood Canyons and big mountain ski terrain at Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude
-Under an hour to Sundance Resort

***WINTER*** 4-wheel drive and snow tires are REQUIRED from November to April – you must be prepared for winter driving conditions in steep, hilly terrain.

-There is a large one car garage and driveway parking. There are also a few spots on the gravel area next to the driveway. We do have a professional snow removal company to remove snow however this area receives quite a bit of snow and there can be delays during large storms.
-While Ubers and High Valley Transport (free) are available, having a vehicle is highly recommended.

Hi! Thanks for looking at one of our condos! I am a Utah real estate broker and property manager. My husband, Matt is a builder/developer. We have one daughter, Avery.
We manage this condo for the owner but care for it as we do our own! It is next door to our 4 bedroom 4 bath condo.

We own two units at the Canyon Racquet Club condominiums (4 bed 4 bath in the same building 2 bed 3 bath). We also manage other condos for others in the community. We take great pride in making sure our guests are happy! We love Utah and all it has to offer!
We are Utah natives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry, local expertise and vacation rental management experience I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, better maintained, fully equipped and of course, MORE FUN!!!

We are close to transit lines but we do suggest you have a vehicle to access grocery stores, shopping, restaurants etc. We require a 4 wheel drive vehicle in winter. There is free transportation available through high valley transit..they will pick you up!
