Bachelor & Bachelorette groups love our space - but note that as live in owners were pretty particular about welcoming only the best behaved, so if your group is looking for a beautiful, comfortable space, and especially if you imagine sitting together around the dining table over a dinner or brunch together (we can even suggest local caterers) - we are THE vacation rental for you!
**If youre a group thats coming ONLY to bar hop and party all night - we might not be the space for you.... (were a family friendly building and arent keen on lots of drunken guests stumbling in at 3 AM ;-( **

Located at the crossroads of Lincoln Park - Old Town & River North - Old Town Chicago, Mag Mile, Fulton Market, Wicker Park & Wrigleyville are all just minutes away - without any of the urban noise and congestion.

This is a private apartment. Youll have access to all of the amenities listed. And for those who dont like stairs - youll love that our Magic Factory Loft Two East is all on one level (and access to it is provided by elevator).

Located in Chicagos newest neighborhood - SONO, at the crossroads of Lincoln Park - Old Town & River North - we are just two blocks south of Chicago’s “little Michigan Avenue” and on the Halsted Street busline, the North Avenue & Division street buses as well as the North/Clybourn Red Line and the Sedgwick Brown Line. In short, there is nowhere you cant get to in pretty much a straight shot.

If you’re heading to Chicago and looking to be near downtown but want a more neighborhood experience with friendly, knowledgeable transcontinental hosts, our home on Halsted just might be the perfect fit for you.

We are always there for you!! Communication prior to arrival and trhough check-out will be via a private WhatsApp chat group that we setup for your group. For larger non-family groups, we request everyone be added to it - this avoids issues with arrival, check-in and offers you immediate responses from our team during your stay. This ensures a great stay!

The neighborhood is great: Vibrant and alive, with plenty to do, to eat, to drink & to be entertained by: Plus, everything you need is right here: Weve got the second largest Whole Foods market around the corner with its fabulous food court (5 dining options) and tables along the riverfront, a great neighborhood pub & wine bar, as well as Marinos Market and a Super Target for shopping.

When your stomach growls food options abound from great casual places like Uncle Julios, Nandos PeriPeri, Earls, Tecalitlan Mexican Kitchen & Margarita Bar as well as Mouse Trap / Off Color Brewerys taproom along with Goose Island Brewery if youd like to sample a local Chicago beer. Theres also a several great live theater venues up the street including Steppenwolf as well as comedy & improv stages at the Second City. The Mag Mile, Millennium Park, Chicagos amazing lakefront and Navy Pier, as well as the citys finest museums are all just minutes away - but youre still in a funky friendly neighborhood with great little local shops & cafes as opposed to being in the high rise heartland. Sports fans will love our proximity to Wrigley Field (3 stops on the train) and Soldiers Field and the United Center are minutes by car or cab.
