This charming, peaceful home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Midtown Wilmington, so appropriately named for its central location between the beach and the beautiful, historic downtown. It has a fully stocked kitchen, fenced in backyard, outdoor shower and lots of privacy and charm with all the comforts and amenities of home. There are parks, breweries and restaurants nearby. We have a keyless entry on front door for you to check in at your convenience anytime after 3 pm on day of arrival. Access code will be provided on day of check in.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

House Rules

No smoking.

No parties or events without host approval.

We kindly ask that you do not let dogs on couch or beds.

NO cats allowed in home please as one of the owners is severely allergic. If cat is found to have been in home, we will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee to cover the costs of deep cleaning of home.
