There is a BBQ area and a pool/jacuzzi (2.5 mts length x 2.5 mts width x 1.1 mts depth). In order to heat the jacuzzi, you must request it 24 hours in advance (instruction will be sent upon confirmation)

Guests have access to the entire property in general, but there is another property separated and called Casa Foresta, with its own private entrance and amenities.

Any common area facilities guests can use, such as parking, balinese bed, gardens, walkways, open spaces for events (Amphitheater and Portal) are subject to availability.

Families are encouraged to supervise children, and guests with pets are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness.

The owner lives nearby and is available to help with any requests or questions and there are 2 friendly dogs in the plot.

Casa Melipillan is a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions and is just a short drive from the artisan village of Pomaire, the serene shores of Lake Rapel, and the lush Culiprán Valley. The property is also adjacent to the Cantillana mountain range, home to one of the worlds few unique sclerophyll forests with endemic and rare wildlife.
