Youll be Sitting in the Lap of Luxury! No expense was spared in the complete remodel of this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury townhouse style condo. The floor to ceiling remodel features high-end flooring, new fixtures, new cabinetry, and new appliances plus new furnishings and accompaniments. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, a half bath with an American Standard pedestal sink, a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, ceramic tile flooring, a Fisher and Paykel refrigerator/freezer, a matching Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher, a Jenn Air range/oven, plus a GS microwave oven...all in stainless, of course! The living room features a comfortable leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat screen monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a walk-out balcony with forested territorial views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another flat screen monitor, a tiled 3/4 bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer round out the package. This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortable sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

FROM SEATTLE (WA): Take Interstate-5 (North) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn right at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 2-hours.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn left at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 1.5-hours.

All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information. WHERE YOU CHECK IN: Mt. Baker Lodging Office 7425 Mt. Baker Highway Maple Falls, WA 98266-2002 Phone: 1-800-709-SNOW (7669) Hours: 9AM - 5PM PST DAILY, except holidays Please Note: For after hour check-ins, the Guest’s reservation packet will include information on how to access a lock box for keys and directions.

3: Housekeeping/maid services are not available during your stay.
4: Upon departure we require Guests to start the dishwasher and a laundry load of towels.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A Damage Deposit is not required, however damages will be charged to the Guests credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.

*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.

Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply. On or after December 1st, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-booked, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
