House Rules

*Trash taken out to the trash container that is in the back gated area by the garage *Dishes placed in dishwasher with it running when you leave * Please make sure you haven't left any belongings such as power cords, personal items etc. * Make sure fireplace is powered off upon leaving * Please remove any food from the refrigerator * Used towels can remain in the bathroom tub Before you go, could you please: *Check to make sure you have all charger cords *Log out of any personal accounts on the TV * Check rooms, drawers, closets, showers & under beds for any personal items * Turn the hot tub down to 100 degrees * Lock all outside doors * Lock the front door on your way out, just press the lock icon on the front door. *No late check in/out. If a guest does not vacate property by 10 am on the scheduled day of departure there will be a $50 fee for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guests fails to vacate the property. *No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other events that are out of our control. -Private parking for up to 4 vehicles

-Quiet time is 11PM

-This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.

-We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.

-If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.

-We can not always accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean house for you u to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests.

-A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries. We do provide complimentary soaps and conditioners and shampoo's.

- Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, zip locks, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local store, or the nearby Meijer, Target or Kroger as well as Walmart a few miles north of our house.

We are available via the platform app or we're just a text away for any questions you may have. In case of an urgent emergency please call 911
