Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guests will be given a unique access code to use with our smart locks; last 4 digits of the number used to make the reservation. The code will be active during the duration of their stay, from 4PM until 10AM on the day of check-out. Early check-ins will be considered on a case by case basis.

No pets

We will only consider pets for insured displaced homeowners.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Renting our location for guests under the age of 25 is NOT permitted

House Rules

HAVE FUN!!!! Noise within reason is perfectly fine. There are NO specific chores but it is helpful for our cleaners and guests checking-in same day if you picked up after yourself by putting trash in the trashcan and cleaning up any of your spills.

- NO parties, NO smoking or vaping inside or near entry doors, and NO pets/animals
- Never unplug or tamper with the Wi-Fi during your stay as this may result in immediate removal from the property. If there are internet issues, please alert us right away and we will address any issues with haste.
- Quiet hours are from 10P-8A (No parties allowed)
- Please use the black makeup face towels for makeup removal
- Please be sure to keep the thermostat temps at optimal settings during the Winter (68-72 degrees) and Summer (72-75) to prevent damage to the A/C unit. If leaving for long periods during the day be sure to turn it down to the lowest optimal temp in the winter and the highest optimal temp in the summer to keep down costs for all guests.
- ALWAYS double check to make sure the doors are properly closed and locked when leaving the unit for your safety and the safety of the property.

Deposits will be released within 1-3 days pending no damage or missing items noted after check-out.

Please be sure to purchase trip insurance in case you have to make a last minute cancellation.

- Please be advised that there may be periodic noise including scheduled bimonthly lawncare; we are not always made aware of this prior to them arriving.
- Please avoid drastic changes in the thermostat as this will cause damage to the A/C unit for which the guest will be responsible; no refunds will be given for a stay if damage was caused by an A/C unit

- ALWAYS double check to make sure the doors are properly closed and locked when leaving the unit for your safety and the safety of the property.

When you book this property, you agree to assume all risks of loss, including but not limited to bodily injury or loss of life, that may occur during your stay. This includes any loss or injury that may result from activities such as using the pool, fire pit, or any other amenities associated with the property, regardless of who may be responsible. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to file any claims or take any legal action against the owner, management company, or any other workers associated with the property. You and your guests acknowledge that the owner and all affiliated property associates shall not be held liable for any damage or injury that may occur on or around the property. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the owner, management company, and associated members harmless from any claims or assertions of any kind.
