The place is brand new, spacious, unique and full of modern style. This is a backyard guesthouse with 1 King size bedroom, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and laundry room. We are 6 minutes from downtown Athens and Stadium. **This place DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE** It does have an electric griddle for making breakfast, an Air Fryer/Rotisserie unit and a microwave. There is also a full size fridge and farmhouse sink. This is a must See! Pictures cant do it justice. We have doorbell and outside cameras.
This was a shed thats been fully converted into a house.
