I enjoy sharing life's amazing experiences with others and look forward to sharing this with my guests! New Smyrna Beach has always held a special place in my heart. Known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant arts scene, and historical significance being able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants and the small town feel is just the cherry on top.

Our home is centrally located and walking distance from virtually everything East of the Indian River. After getting groceries you will not need your car any longer. For some added fun feel free to take our bicycles out or rent a golf cart from a local store.

Property access provided via a Smart Lock located on the front door of the home. Access code will be provided 3 days before the check-in date and will only be active starting 4:00pm on the check-in date and will expire 30 minutes after the check-out time.

PET POLICY We love our furry friends but there is some important information that we need to cover before we approve guests with pets. We kindly ask that you send us a message with your pets information prior to booking. Some breeds may not be permitted. SMOKING We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of our home. Smoking of tobacco and e-cigarettes is permitted outside as long as all windows and doors to the home are closed and smoking related items are disposed of properly and not left in the patio or yard. THE GOLDEN RULE Treat others (and their home) the way you would like to be treated. We ask that you be honest with us regarding your booking details and expect that you treat our home with respect. We want you to enjoy yourselves and make some great memories during your stay so we understand that life happens and things will get damaged.
