Newly Renovated 5 Star Condo, Pool, Gorgeous View - Sevierville

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Condo! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: Condo Name: English Mtn Condo The address is: 1081 Cove Rd unit #1023 Sevierville, TN - Check-in any time after 4:00pm - Gate Code is 1586 - The door code is 6855 - Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -Free WiFi is also provided during your stay: Hi-Speed WiFi Network: Carters Doghouse. WiFi Password: Password: 1023guest Important information: Please note, 1081 is the street number and not your unit number. Your unit number is #1023. Building numbers are located on the front and center of each building, just above the third-floor walkways. Quiet hours are between 11pm-8am. Violators could jeopardize the remainder of their stay. A green parking tag is in the condo and must be displayed at all times. ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we must call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
