OBX Landing is the perfect Outer Banks vacation rental for active adults and families. Our home is spacious, updated and in a perfect location between the 2 beach roads in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.

1. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check-in into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgement from the host has been made. Extra overnight guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged a $200/guest per night fee. Max septic capacity is 10 people.
2. Property is NON SMOKING and NON VAPING and an additional $750 ozone cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking.
3. The property is for residential use only and no parties are permitted. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
4. PETS are allowed with pet fee. Max of 2 animals per reservation. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash at all times per local ordinances.
5. Early check in may be available with prior arrangement from the host.
6. Late checkouts are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional $50 will be assessed for every 30 minutes past check out time and after 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time, the guest will be assessed a full night fee.
7. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
8. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
