✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the 2nd bedroom.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few in-home supplies such as a Pack ‘n’ Play, a highchair, kids’ tableware + games/toys.
✹ PETS: We have a strict No-Pets policy, due to allergies. We use our home quite frequently and have family members who are severely allergic to animals, their fur, and dander. If you’re looking for a place to vacation with your pet, then this is not the home for you.

✹ Easy self-check-in and keyless entry are available via the keypad on the front door.
✹ We highly recommend guests buy travelers’ insurance to protect in case of unforeseen circumstances. A cancellation fee of $100 applies to all bookings, regardless of when the booking is cancelled.
✹ Please contact us about third-party booking, such as corporate or work bookings, or longer stays. Longer stays can be accommodated, however, a new booking must be scheduled, and a new rental agreement must be signed for each 28-day period.
✹ The booking guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and upload a copy of their driver’s license or government-issued ID upon completion of the booking. A link will be provided for you to upload your ID. Failure to adhere to these steps will mean you will delay the issuance of check-in instructions.
✹ A Booking Clean-Up form message will be sent with a link for the booking guest to update their information with us, such as sign the Rental Agreement, place the Security Deposit hold, and a space to be filled out with the names and ages of all other guests who will be staying at the property.
✹ A Security Deposit Hold of $500 will be placed on the lead guest’s credit card a minimum of 2 days before your arrival date. The hold will be released once the lead guest has checked out and we have confirmed that there was no damage to the property.

✹ Please note that our pool is private, therefore there are no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is undertaken at your own risk. For your convenience, we have supplied child-sized life vests, pool noodles, and kickboards, which can be found in the deck box on the pool deck. The pool and/or spa can be heated for an additional daily fee of $90 (October-April) or $50 (May-September)
✹ Quiet hours operate between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors, you are a guest in their community. No loud music, please keep the music to a minimum level.
✹ No candles or open flames/fire inside or outside the house. No fireworks.
✹ There are 4 RING security cameras on-site; a RING doorbell and a RING camera at the front left corner, back right corner, and side of the house where the BBQ is located. These are necessary for the safety and security of our guests as well as the property. Cameras are not to be tampered with.

✹ Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please contact us if you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out. We will do our best to accommodate you.
✹ Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $25 per 30-minute increments past the check-out time. Our cleaners are on tight schedules.
✹ Please note that our pool is private, therefore there are no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is undertaken at your own risk. For your convenience, we have supplied child-sized life vests, pool noodles, and kickboards, which can be found in the deck box on the pool deck. The pool and/or spa can be heated for an additional daily fee:
✹ Quiet hours operate between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors, you are a guest in their community. No loud music, please keep the music to a minimum level.
✹ No candles or open flames/fire inside or outside the house. No fireworks.
✹ There are 4 RING security cameras on-site; a RING doorbell and a RING camera at the front left corner, back right corner, and side of the house where the BBQ is located. These are necessary for the safety and security of our guests as well as the property. Cameras are not to be tampered with.
✹ No parties or events are permitted. This will be strongly enforced and your reservation will be immediately terminated if you fail to comply.
✹ No smoking/illegal drug use in the house or anywhere on the property. Vaping is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.
✹ A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated, including children. No extra guests.
✹ No illegal activity or weapons of any kind are permitted on the property.
✹ Do not remove any items from the property. Inventory is taken after each guest checks out. Missing items will be charged for.

Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon creating a booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A Security Deposit Hold of $500 will be placed on the lead guest’s credit card a minimum of 2 days before your arrival date. The hold will be released once the lead guest has checked out and we have confirmed that there was no damage to the property.
Cancellation Policy
-If guest cancels up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the guest will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
-If guest cancels 14-30 days before date of arrival, then the refund will be 50% of the total amount paid.
-If guest cancels less than 14 days before the date of arrival, there is no refund.
-If guest cancels 14-30 days before date of arrival, then the refund will be 50% of the total amount paid.
-If guest cancels less than 14 days before the date of arrival, there is no refund.
