Palms Canyon offers the fastest WiFi the desert can provide, but for those needing a reliable connection for work, we recommend bringing a hotspot.

Our inviting living room, complete with a large TV, free WiFi, and a swamp cooler, connects seamlessly to a relaxing screened porch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Need a little extra sleeping space? The cozy daybed in a sunny nook offers just that, making it ideal for extra guests or a quiet reading corner. The primary bedroom provides a queen bed and an en suite bath, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay, and features a wall unit for cooling. The colorful primary bathroom features both a shower and bath, adding a playful touch to your daily routine. For added convenience, the house includes a washer and dryer. The second bedroom boasts a full bed, a second full bathroom, and another wall unit for cooling, perfect for accommodating family or friends.

While we utilize poison-free methods to manage pests, its essential to note that as we are situated in the desert, occasional insects and critters may make their way indoors or be spotted on the property. Please keep doors and windows closed whenever possible to help keep them out. Please be mindful of wildlife including snakes and rodents, as well as bigger wildlife that may be passing through. The property is not fenced so you may get a visitor or two. Please do not try to interact with the wildlife, just let them go on their way.

-Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.

-We provide the best WiFi available in the desert, though it is satellite-based and may be slower than youre used to. For those planning to work during their stay, we recommend bringing a hotspot for a more reliable connection.

-We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $50 fee per dog. Dogs should not be left unattended in the house unless crated, must be potty trained (no pee pads), and owners must clean up after them. Dogs need to be leashed when outside. The first $50 pet fee is included in your rate if you include the dog(s) in your reservation. An additional $50 will be charged separately for a second dog.

-Some interior work is being completed on another unit on the property, with construction taking place between guests to minimize any disruptions. A privacy fence separates the homes, ensuring a peaceful stay. While you may occasionally see a worker during the day, the impact on your experience will be kept to a minimum.

-This secluded 5-acre property is being shared by two units, this one and a 1-bedroom studio, however the studio will not be complete until mid to late April. These units are separated by an outdoor privacy wall. Both units can be reserved individually or combined. If you are interested in reserving both units, please feel free to reach out to us.
