- Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a futon that opens into a twin sized bed.
- Bedroom #3: Two twin beds.
- Bathroom #2: Shower and tub

- Full Property Access: Including a two-car garage, washer and dryer with starter detergent pods, direct line gas BBQ grill, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
- Outdoor Living: Beautifully kept yard with patio furniture, flowers, large hedges for privacy, grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange trees, and pool serviced twice weekly. Chaise lounges, umbrellas, and dining table with chairs.
- Dog & Child Friendly: Small dog and child friendly with a dog policy of a $100 non-refundable fee for one dog (15lbs max).

Additional Information:

Pool & Spa Heating: Available at $50 per day including spa, or spa only at $25 a night. Maximum pool temperature is 85 degrees, spa 104 degrees.

The home is located on the Indian Springs Public Golf Course. However, it is outside of the golf courses gated housing community.

And the golfers tee off hitting away from the home, so there is no need to worry about stray golf balls!

** Gardeners - Friday afternoon around 12-1pm
