*** Laundry - Washer & Dryer machines both located in a share room at the back of the building. Only you and 3 other tenants will be using this room. Each use cost $1.25 in quarters

*** Beach stuff - Beach chairs, beach mat, sun-umbrella and a cooler

The entire condo will be in your hand. Everything in there will be for your service..

I live nearby and pledge to always be there for my guests for any need.
I understand that my guests who booked are going to be under my roof and responsibility so i pledge to do the best to give them clean apartment that contain everything that is in the pictures.
Bottom line: Guests only wants to enjoy their vacation with NO special surprises. i get that ;)

Most quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Miami Beach (on 77th street) with plenty of free parking spaces around. The reason for that is that only in this area (In Miami Beach) there is no skyscrapers or any contraction that is above 3 stories. That gives the place a unique, peaceful, environment...

To get to the beach is very convenient and takes only 2 minutes of straight walk. directly to the beach...
At the beach there is public volleyball court and other attractions...

The neighbors are great. Please try not to disturb them- they dont complain much anyways ;)

The package will be delivered to the unit's door steps. Please make sure to schedule your package arrival throughout your stay
