We provide you a fully furnished, hi-tech house complete with 1000mbs wired internet & FREE WI-FI, 65 SMART 4K TVs w/ROKU in all rooms, digital door locks for safety, HVAC split systems in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, hair dryers, and more! There is no nearby transportation, buses, trains, nothing. The only way to get around is by your own Vehicle, Rental Car, Uber, or Lyft. Pocono Pony is the only local bus service.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

When you check in, use the door code assigned to you, please make sure you check Welcome Binder first before doing anything as it has all pertinent information needed for your stay including WIFI password.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is refunded within 7 days of checkout. Cleaning crew will come in and make sure nothing is lost, broken, or damaged and if the checkout list was followed....then if no issues, full amount refunded. Otherwise deductions will be made to cover any claims and remainder then refunded. Deposit is made at booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. Alternatively, you can also book at a 10% discount but then you revoke your ability to receive refund later.
