This light & airy guesthouse is a private retreat in a perfect location, steps from Division St. Walkable to Salt & Straw & local eateries, food carts, and thrift shops. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or head out by foot to Oma’s Hideaway, a 2022 James Beard Award Finalists. Bring your bicycles to enjoy Clinton St Bike Boulevard or stroll to the Clinton St Theater. The guesthouse is family friendly, having special items to accommodate the littlest of guests.

I'm Jayme (she/her) and will be your host while visiting the Clinton St. Guesthouse. My family and I spend lots of time exploring areas of Oregon and Washington. My husband and I were high-school sweethearts and have been together for 26+ years.
We have a 9 year old son and two Great Pyrenees rescue dogs. I'm an Educator, Small business owner, and find so much joy in hosting people.
Ilove growing my own food, spending time with family, home renovations, working out, wine tasting, traveling, and exploring new experiences with my family.
I absolutely love the variety and small lovely elements staying in an Airlonb offers. It's something truly special and fun to stay in a unique property.

Getting around
On street neighborhood parking available. Please note *parking is only available as a first come, first serve basis on the street. While typically there is parking on the street in front of the guesthouse, on Friday nights and weekends it can become more crowded due to customers dining at the Division St restaurants utilizing parking in our neighborhood. If you are not brining a car, public transit stops are close to the guesthouse.

*The city of Portland requires hosts to obtain copies of government identification of all guests which includes a current residence address. The log hosts must maintain on record in the situation of a city audit include providing each guest email as well. This is not a host preference but a requirement by the city of Portland for all stays under 30 days. When sending a booking request, please be prepared to provide for each guest:
1) Copy of current driver’s license or valid government identification.
2) Email address
We greatly appreciate your assistance and cooperation in helping us maintain compliance. For questions related to these regulations, please visit the ASTR permit compliance page on the City of Portland website.
*Please refrain from using vape pens inside the guesthouse to avoid a $200 fine. No smoking, No pets, No parties or events.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM unless confirmed with the host in advance. The guesthouse has a 98% booking rate which means most days we have guests checking out and in on the same day. With guests departing at 11am, we can sometimes offer a slightly earlier arrival but it depends on the day to day situation. We try to accommodate as much as possible.
