Use of bathrooms are at guests own safety and waives injury claims due to slip or falls.
Kitchen and laundry use only from 9 am to 9 pm
Noise indoors is limited at all hours.
No overnight guests.
Unpaid Guests must leave if asked by a resident.
Use of utilities at any extreme can cause termination of stay and fees if usage is out of the ordinary.
