This place is suitable for couples, families and other who enjoy peaceful holiday. This place is not rented for groups consisting of under 25 years old people.

80 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 40 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow, slightly sloping, hard bottom, deeper clay, jetty, own rowboat (outboard motor shown in the picture is not in use).

Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside sauna.

Main cottage (115 m2), living room with extra bed, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with antique bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x separate indoor toilets (one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022), shower, glazed veranda with large dining table, terrace. During winter glazed veranda is cold and is used as a storage room.

Travel beds for two children. Air source heat pump. Note! There is no TV.

In a separate sleeping cottage (35 m2, can be used year-round) there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Electric heating, refrigerator, outdoor dry toilet (no indoor toile). To upstairs quite steep stairs (stairs are outside under the canopy). Sleeping cottage is located about 50 m from the main cottage.

Separate lakeside sauna (20 m2), wood-burning stove, dressing room. No running water, water has to be carried (during summer from the lake, during winter from the main cottage). The water is heated in the stoves heater tank. There is separate entrance from the terrace to the saunas bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide) and two wardrobes.

NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are three buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in separate buildings.

In the large terrace area in front of the villa, you can enjoy the day either on the terrace or on a fully glazed terrace.

The yard is open, woody and rocky. There is a slope to the beach, but there are good stairs there. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish.

The nearest neighbor 130 m away is the second cottage of the owners family (there is a visual contact with the neighbors lakeside sauna only outside summer). 200 m away lies the owners second Lomarengas rental villa 13088 Metsä-Iivari.

Helsinki sights 85 km, Lohja 20 km (incl. The St. Lawrence old stone church and Tytyri mining museum), Karjaa 30 km, Siuntio and Päiväkumpu spas 25 km, Vihti Ski slopes 35 km, St. Laurence Golf 20 km, Sports Institute Kisakallio 30 km, Mustio Castle 30 km. Alitalo apple winery 4 km.

This place is rented for families and for other customers who enjoy peaceful holiday.

Note! Custodian may charge a security deposit of € 150 by cash on arrival. The destinations custodian will return the security deposit on the day of departure when everything is ok.

The key holder is expecting you to collect the key between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise mentioned in your travel documents. Please contact the key holder if you are arriving at a different time and have not made alternative arrangements. You must vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise mentioned in your travel documents. Required data can be given before arrival and therefore the arrival procedure is quicker and more convenient. Additional services can also be booked securely. Is pre check-in secure? Credit card details are entered in a secure area of Computop (industry leader in the world of payment). We don’t keep any credit card details, only a secure alias. Payment Policy

There are two ways to pay for your booking:

1. Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
2. Invoice

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.

What happens to my breakage deposit?

The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by phone, post or eMail. Your cancellation comes into effect on the date of receipt of your notification.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:

A) up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental

Can I change my booking?

Yes, it is possible to change your booking, as long as the desired holiday house/period is still available. There may be a fee to change your booking.
