3 BR, 3 1/2 Bath cabin with central access to so many local attractions! Only 7.5 mi. from Exit 407 and Buc-ees on I-40. Great cabin experience but not too remote. Next to Soaky Mountain Water Park and the Sevierville Golf Club. It is 1 mile from the Sevierville Convention Center, and only 8 miles from Dollywood. Close to Shopping. Free Wi-Fi. HD TVs w/free channels. The primary Renter must be age 25 or older. 6 Guests max incl. children. Infants in own crib OK. We have no couch beds.
The cabin is light and airy with beautiful woodwork, a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. It has dishes, cookware, a large dining room table, breakfast counter, covered porch with patio furniture, an open deck, hot tub, game room, washer and dryer. A Keurig coffee maker and coffee is provided. TVs in all bedrooms. Master BR on main level has full bath with walk-in shower.

Free parking. The parking space holds 1 mid to large vehicle or 2 subcompact vehicles. There is additional community parking off to the side of the driveway for 2 vehicles that is first-come-first-serve. Vehicles can also park on the side of the gravel access road below.

Getting around

The free parking space is a bit tight because the lot is small. But it will accommodate 1 vehicle or 2 small ones. The access driveway curves around to go back to the gravel road. Please be courteous and do not block the access driveway, as others also have the right-of-way. There are some community parking spaces about 30 ft. from the cabin, and additional parking is available on Ravens Ford Way just below the cabin. Thank you!

House Rules

The primary renter must be age 25+. We do not allow events like weddings, parties, graduations, etc. All renters must respect the ability of other nearby cabins to enjoy peace and quiet. Please do not block access driveway between cabins--others have the right-of-way. There is communal parking about 25 ft. from the entrance, first-come-first-serve.
Additional Parking is available on Ravens Ford Way at the gravel road. Smoking in the cabin or within 25 ft of this cabin or adjacent cabins is expressly prohibited. A $200 fee will be assessed if a smoke odor is detected after Guest checkout.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Thanks!
