If you're spending the day or night in Gatlinburg, you can park in one of the many parking garages and walk through town. Or take the trolley through town and into Pigeon Forge. Ride the sky tram to Ober Gatlinburg. Taxi service, Uber & Lyft also available.

Our #1 priority is the safety of all our guests and neighbors. We do not provide matches, kindling, or firewood. You are responsible for any irreparable property damage or loss. If excessive cleaning is needed, you will be charged an extra fee to compensate our housekeeping staff. We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, damage, or injuries outside the condo, including the balcony. This includes any vehicle or personal damage from bears or other wildlife, inclement weather, etc. No refunds beyond the current cancellation policy for inclement weather, sickness, or anything beyond our control.
